Experience

  • I have mentored over 150 people over a 30-year career as a professor at the University of Florida.  I was Chair of the Linguistics Department for five of those 30 years.  I was selected for this and various other key leadership roles during my academic career. You can be confident I will coach you to develop excellent leadership skills in your selected institutions.
  • I have helped people transition into careers and from career to productive retirement through brainstorming clients’ interests and passions
  • I have raised two happy, successful daughters as a single parent after becoming widowed at an early age.  I understand the challenges of parenting after divorce and death of a spouse. I am eminently qualified to coach you to success in this important life journey.
